By visiting or shopping at the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the other policies posted on the website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will take effect when posted on this website.
BEADERSLAND will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you click on the CHECKOUT button, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.
BEADERSLAND reserves the right to reject any orders in full or in part or to apply a maximum order amount.
All prices at https://beadersland.com are correct at time of publication, however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. BEADERSLAND uses PayPal for accepting payment by credit card. PayPal is an internationally recognized payment gateway and offers a highly secure service. BEADERSLAND, thus, does not obtain your card details, PayPal processes your payment and forwards the payment to us. You will be sent a payment confirmation email from PayPal immediately once your payment has completed successfully. For PayPal terms and conditions please visit their website www.paypal.com.
Payment methods through PAYPAL – When you are checking out, and get redirected to PayPal’s web page to make payment, you have two options for making payment:
Proceed without joining PayPal. This option means you will enter your card details and PayPal will take Payment but not setup a PayPal account for you;
OR Login or set up a PayPal account.
Beading materials sold https://beadersland.com have a 3-month warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. Further, this warranty only covers defects in materials.
All items especially base metal parts are advised to keep in the packaging provided to maintain the quality.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse. Please retain your receipt or pass it onto the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty. If a receipt is not available a credit card or bank statement will suffice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates posted in our website reflect the cost of shipping your order to the country you indicated. For EXPRESS DELIVERY of pre-order products, customers are advised to contact us at email@example.com. This is to enable us to guide you and advise you on shipping charges and delivery date.
Delivery Time in Singapore
Available products are delivered within 3-7 working days within Singapore.
Shipping to Other Countries
For shipping outside Singapore (worldwide), kindly refer to www.singpost.com
Shipping and delivery will take 8 – 15 working days. Customers are responsible for any local sales taxes, other taxes and government levies, if any, associated with the order.
Although we try our best to deliver your order as estimated, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.
Plan your orders ahead for your beading projects to avoid disappointment, especially during festive seasons.
Goods are generally available and ex stock. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, then we will notify you for your further instructions, or of any delay that may occur in delivery times.
Discount coupons and vouchers have to be entered at checkout or when the cart summary is displayed. If an order is placed and the voucher is not entered, BEADERSLAND will not reimburse the difference, nor credit the voucher afterwards.
Upon receipts of goods, the parcel must immediately be opened to verify that goods in the parcel are not tampered or damaged. Failing to do this, you agree that you are solely responsible for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims.
No returns, replacements or refunds without prior consent from BEADERSLAND. Customers are advised to inform us regarding their issue with the product via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days from the arrival date of shipment.
Please take note that we are not liable if you give an incorrect address at the checkout, so kindly double check that your details are all correct.
RETURN OF GOODS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us. Simply take a photograph of the product and inform us via email at email@example.com within 7 working days upon receipt of your order. Returns will be charged at 20% restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges and additional duties/taxes for returned goods. Returned goods shall be sent within 7 days via registered mail with tracking number. All returns must be in original condition, complete with original box and instructions.
All return goods are subject for inspections to make sure that the products are in original condition. Refunds will be processed upon completion of inspection.
DAMAGED GOODS ON DELIVERY
If, in the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us as soon as possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the packaging when items have been delivered and not to “sign off” if the packaging is damaged in any way. If the packaging or box is dented or torn, please do not forget to take a photograph of the package and email us within 7 working days upon receipt of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately conduct an investigation and discuss the issue with the shipping company.
NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to the freight company.
Defective products can be returned for refund or replaced, simply take a photograph of your purchase and inform us via email at email@example.com within 7 working days upon receipt of your order.
WRONG ITEM/WRONG QUANTITY
Once again, you are reminded to open the parcel upon receipt and check that you have received the correct item/quantity. If you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please take a photograph of the product/s and contact us immediately within 7 working days at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send the correct item/missing item to you. However, if the item sent is found not sent in error by us; then you will be responsible for the return postage charges of the wrong items and postage cost for shipping the correct item.
We will not refund postage costs if you use a premium/express service.
We will not pay freight costs if returned by courier companies.
If the wrong item is required to be sent back to us, we will bear the postage charges, however, customers shall provide us with several postage methods we can choose from.
Postage charges will be advised according to the item’s weight, category and country where it will be shipped.
Orders once placed shall not be cancelled once the product has been shipped.
No cancellations or refunds are entertained for those products that are on sale under any special promotion category.
Goods once sold cannot be returned. In case of a genuine manufacturing defect that is not traceable to damage during shipment, the product shall be replaced.
